This website is an expression of my professional life - my skills and abilities, my experiences, and my approach to designing user experiences.
I am a user advocate. I respect that users are interested in doing tasks to accomplish goals, and am fiercely devoted to keeping their wants and needs and their environment at the center of my design process.
I am a user experience strategist. I believe that the key to success is clarifying my project’s background, scope, and goals before starting the first line of a wireframe.
I am a user experience designer. I embrace that it is my job to make my users’ experience as productive and enjoyable as possible, and relish both playing in the design space and seeing the project through to production. When possible, I like sticking around to smooth out rough edges.
